To create your jewellery, we only need a very small amount of ashes – just one teaspoon is enough to make up to
eight pieces. Orders are placed directly through our website, where you can browse our full collection and select the
options that feel right for you. Once your order is con昀椀rmed, we’ll send you our carefully prepared ashes kit, making
it simple and safe to return a tiny portion to us.
From the moment your package arrives, your loved one’s ashes are treated with the utmost care and respect. Every kit
and order is securely labelled with your unique order number, ensuring complete accuracy and protection at every
stage. With over 16 years of experience, our designers combine steady hands, compassionate hearts and exceptional
skill to cra昀琀 each piece in our Lake District studio. Every item is made individually, in a fully sterile environment,
and completed with a certi昀椀cate of authentication that bears both your loved one’s name and the signature of the
jeweller who created it.
Once your jewellery is complete, it will be delivered safely to your door along with any unused ashes, returned
to you with the same care with which they were entrusted to us. Each piece is not only a work of cra昀琀smanship,
but a heartfelt keepsake made to honour and treasure your loved one.
